From 20 December to 21 December 2025, the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) Sports Arbitration Regional Seminar was held in Bangkok, Thailand. In accordance with relevant arrangements and upon the invitation of Husain Al Musallam, OCA Director General, Liu Xiaochun, President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), attended the seminar on behalf of China together with other representatives.

The event revolved around discussions on international cooperation in International Sports Arbitration.
