On March 2 2024, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), held the Committee Meeting of the 12th Session of the South China Business & Law Forum at the SCIA Tower in Qianhai, Shenzhen. This forum was under the theme "The New International Economic Situation and Dispute Resolution of Chinese Enterprises". It gathered more than 100 participants, including general counsels, experts, scholars, and senior arbitrators from home and abroad. The attendees jointly discussed the challenges and strategies Chinese enterprises may experience under the profound adjustments to the international economic landscape. Different perspectives were brought to the discussion, including insights from arbitration institutions, academia, and financial regulatory departments, analyzing the new developments and initiatives in the resolution of commercial disputes in China.
