The Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (hereinafter referred to as "SCIA") periodically recruits legal counsels to serve as secretaries in arbitration cases. The job responsibilities and requirements are listed as follows:

Responsibilities:

Undertake the registration and consultation work of arbitration cases.

Manage arbitration cases, responsible for communication with arbitrators and the parties involved.

Conduct research on dispute resolution mechanisms and international cooperation.

Complete other tasks assigned by the designated department.

Requirements:

Full-time studies (undergraduate or above) in law from well-known Chinese or foreign universities, holding a bachelor's degree or higher in law and passing the national unified legal professional qualification examination. Priority will be given to those with overseas study experience.

Strong English (or other foreign language) skills, capable of proficiently using English (or other foreign languages) for communication and work.

Strong oral communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and business development capabilities, able to handle pressure and embrace challenges.

Diligent, meticulous, proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good legal professional ethics.
