The “Enforcement of Chinese Mainland Arbitration Awards in Hong Kong SAR: Practical Sharing and Case Analysis” Seminar, jointly organised by Hui Zhong Law Firm and Des Voeux Chambers, with the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) as the special supporting institution was held at the SCIA Tower in Qianhai, Shenzhen on 20 Dec 2024. 

Approximately 80 participants attended the seminar and engaged in extensive discussions and exchanges around topics concerning the enforcement of arbitration awards. Fan Qijuan, Director of SCIA Research Department delivered a speech regarding the enforcement of awards by SCIA in Hong Kong SAR, and attended the panel discussion.
