On 27 August 2025, a delegation led by Steven Chong, Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Singapore, visited the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), accompanied by Gao Xiaoli, Vice President of the Supreme People's Court of China.

Liu Xiaochun, President of SCIA, and others introduced the innovative development of international arbitration in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone since China's reform and opening-up. Both sides exchanged insights on China-Singapore international arbitration cooperation, as well as the latest practices regarding the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in China and Singapore.
