Jointly hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), the "SCIA & AIAC Joint Tribunal Secretary Training Programme" will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from November 21st to 23rd, 2025. This training dives deep into practical and cutting-edge contents with lectures, group discussions and networking sessions led by seasoned arbitrators, experts and experienced tribunal secretaries. It focuses on key topics such as the innovative developments of international arbitration in China and Malaysia, the application of SCIA and AIAC arbitration rules, the administration of arbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions, and the key roles and responsibilities of tribunal secretaries. This training also serves as the 4th session of SCIA's International Arbitration Training Program for Elite Lawyers in the Greater Bay Area (SCIA IATP) and a key event of the South China Business & Law Forum (B&L Forum). Participants who complete this training and pass the final exam will receive a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by SCIA and AIAC.
