China International Arbitration Review was founded in 2018. It is an academic series co-sponsored by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and Peking University Law School, and compiled by the China International Arbitration Institute. This series emphasizes originality and academic standards, and is committed to researching key, hot, and difficult issues in the field of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration and mediation from a global perspective. We sincerely invite experts, scholars, and practitioners from all sectors to contribute manuscripts, and kindly request attention to the following matters:

I. Submission Requirements

1. Manuscripts shall focus on theoretical or practical research related to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including international and domestic commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration, and commercial mediation.

2. Manuscripts may be submitted in either Chinese or English.

3. Manuscripts can be academic papers, translations, review articles, book reviews, case commentaries, or research notes. All submissions must be unpublished (i.e., not previously published in any language), with the main body ranging from 8,000 to 25,000 English words.
