On November 25, 2025, the 15th meeting of the Singapore-Guangdong Collaboration Council (hereinafter referred to as the "SGCC") was held in Guangzhou.

At the meeting, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the Government of the Republic of Singapore, represented by the Ministry of Law, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The signing was witnessed by Meng Fanli, Governor of Guangdong Province, and Co-Chair of SGCC Guangdong; Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, and Co-Chair of SGCC Singapore; Zhang Guozhi, Deputy Governor of Guangdong Province; and Alvin Tan, Minister of State, Ministry of National Development & Ministry of Trade and Industry.
