On 30 March 2026, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) and the Swiss Arbitration Centre signed a closer cooperation agreement. Building on their partnership since 2016, the two institutions aim to further deepen arbitration links between China and Switzerland, and are committed to delivering more professional, efficient and accessible dispute resolution services for businesses in both jurisdictions.
Following the signing ceremony, the two sides held an in-depth seminar on the theme "A Comparative Analysis: The Application of Chinese and Swiss Contract Law in International Arbitration".
An Xin, Vice President of the SCIA, delivered the opening address, while Huang Guoyong, Assistant President and Director of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the SCIA, participated as a panel speaker.
