
The 10th Legal Capital Summit, hosted by the Dingsong Commercial Dispute Resolution Support Platform, with special support from the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), was held at the SCIA Tower in Qianhai, Shenzhen, on the afternoon of 3 July 2026.
The forum focused on third-party funding and international commercial dispute resolution. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on the development and internationalization of third-party funding in China, its institutional design within arbitration rules, and the cross-border enforcement of arbitral awards. The dialogue also explored practical applications and future pathways of third-party funding in serving domestic and overseas market entities involved in commercial dispute resolution.
Over 100 representatives from arbitration institutions, legal service providers, third-party funding organizations, universities and enterprises attended the forum.

An Xin, Vice President of the SCIA, delivered the opening address.

Zhang Zhi, SCIA Arbitrator and founder of Dingsong, delivered a keynote speech on "10 Years of Third-Party Funding Development in China".

Fei Ning, SCIA Arbitrator and founder of HOZU Capital, delivered a keynote speech on "The Internationalization of Chinese Third-Party Funding".

Li Yingyin, the Asia-Pacific Legal Director of Deminor Litigation Funding, delivered a speech on "New Developments in Third-Party Funding Abroad".

Feng Xiaoguang, former senior judge of the Supreme People's Court, delivered a keynote speech on "New Trends in Mediation System Development from the Perspective of Commercial Mediation".

Frida Altamirano, former Secretary General of the Arbitration Center of Mexico, delivered a keynote speech on "New Trends in International Commercial Mediation".

Huang Guoyong, Assistant President and Director of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the SCIA, delivered a keynote speech on "Recent Developments in International Commercial Arbitration in China".

Li Xiongfeng, Secretary General of the South China International Arbitration Center (HK) (SCIAHK), moderated the first roundtable discussion. Participants included Fang Zheng, SCIA Arbitrator and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Hunan Construction Investment Group; Ou Fuyong, SCIA Arbitrator, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Hunan Normal University; Jiang Lan, former Director of the International Arbitration Department of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission; and Xie Shisong, SCIA Arbitrator and former Professor at the School of Law of Sun Yat-sen University. The discussion focused on third-party funding in arbitration rules.

Zhang Beibei, Associate Professor at the Law School of Shandong University, moderated the second roundtable discussion. Participants included Sun Haobang, Barrister at Denis Chang's Chambers; Chen Xianglin, SCIA Arbitrator and Partner at Han Kun Law Offices; Luo Jinrong, Director of King & Win Law Firm; and Li Yonghong, Founder of East Lane. The discussion centered on the application of third-party funding.

Zhong Yiqi, Deputy Legal Counsel of the International Cooperation and Development Department of the SCIA, moderated the forum.
